Printed by Parkinson’s – An art collection created by the first machine affected with a human disease. Working with talented people from Innocean Berlin and MediaMonks in Amsterdam for Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin. 6 real stories resulting in 6 unique art objects. We worked with 6 patients from the Charité in Berlin collecting their unique Parkinson's data. We then used this data to affect a 3D printer to print a bronze object of their choice. Something personal that they relate to being affected by the disease, a camera, a pen, a chainsaw, a kayak paddle, nutcracker and aeroplane... The objects and stories were then assembled together with a website and films and displayed in an art exhibition at the Alte Münze Galerie in Berlin to auction and raise funds and create awareness for Parkinson's research.
